Exchange Policy
Shipping
Return must be requested within 7 days from delivery.
Return approval is at company discretion and you must have acceptance before the item can be shipped back.
Product returned must be unopened, untampered with, and factory sealed.
Product must be undamaged and returned in the same condition as received. Otherwise, the return may be rejected or a 20% restocking fee will apply.
We do not accept returns on loose booster packs or items over $500 in value.
Unless there is an error on our part, customer shall pay for their return shipping postage.
Damaged product return claims must be accompanied with live photographs at the time of the return request.
